Mediation Fees

FULL DAY

$4,000.00 Flat Fee (3 or fewer parties)

$1,250.00 Flat Fee per party for 4 or more parties

 HALF DAY (4 hrs)

$2,500.00 Flat Fee

If a mediation is scheduled as a half day and the parties believe additional time may be necessary to complete the mediation, a full-day mediation is generally recommended. Where no other mediation is scheduled and the parties mutually agree to continue beyond the half-day, the mediation may convert to a full-day mediation.

When a half-day mediation is scheduled in the morning, another half-day mediation may be scheduled in the afternoon, and therefore, the morning mediation may not be able to continue beyond the four-hour period.
